Please note the information below as our past experiences have shown us that it is better that
you are fully aware of all the following before you book:
Our Christmas set menus are available daily from Friday 28th November – Saturday 27th
December 2014 from 11.45am until late for groups of 6 or more diners. We shall be closed on Christmas Day and then open from
5pm on Boxing Day.
Our full A La Carte Menu is also available for parties of less than 6 diners.
Please note that for all bookings made for before 7pm we strictly require our tables back just before two and a
half hours after the booking time. May we assure you that this provides ample time for a 3-course meal and then a round of coffee/ further drinks
and it also allows us to plan our day during extremely hectic periods and accommodate our later booking demands. If this is
not something that you feel you wish to nor shall able to comply with then please book elsewhere at a less busy / less
well-prepared restaurant. Further, may we ask that you please do not attend at our restaurant earlier than the booking
time as it is extremely likely that we shall have absolutely no space for you to wait in apart from in our front doorway as
your table is virtually guaranteed to be unavailable until your booking time and all other space in our dining areas shall
be filled with other diners. Unfortunately (for us too), we do not have a separate bar area for you to drink and wait at.

A deposit of £10
per diner requires to be paid to confirm all Christmas period bookings within two weeks of making the booking with
us. Payment of deposit can be made by telephone card payment or cash direct at the restaurant. If the deposit is not paid
then the booking is not a confirmed one and the booking can and will be deleted from our table plan and replaced with another.
The deposit of £10 per diner who attends will be deducted from the final bill when you come and dine with
us. Deposit payment for diners who do not attend will not be deducted from the final bill nor refunded due to the severe
inconvenience and expense this causes to our restaurant in wasted table space and/or booking refusals to other guests which
it later turns out we would have been able to accommodate. If your group has more diners than you had anticipated when booking
then we don’t mind squeezing-in extra chairs into the same table space if you don’t (laws of physics permitting),
however, the more notice you give us of such then the more likely we shall be able to amend our table plan to create some
extra table space for you and give you all a more comfortable experience.
Please note
that it is our practice to apply a 10% discretionary service charge to the final bill of all parties of 6 or more diners.
If you do not wish for this to occur then please simply let us know (either when you book or when you request your bill) and
we will not apply such. You do not require to pay the 10% discretionary service charge. It is discretionary.
