QUA Italian Restaurant
Ingram Street, Merchant City, Glasgow

Welcome to all visitors from our staff at our top-rated restaurant serving contemporary Italian cuisine in Glasgow's beautiful Merchant City- Glasgow's growing "cultural quarter". We are not a multi-national company nor a chain restaurant and do not pretend to be affiliated to nor adopt the name of a celebrity chef. Instead, our modest aim is to have a busy and bustling restaurant packed with happy satisfied customers who have been served tasty freshly prepared food by our hardworking staff.

We are, always have been and hopefully always will be a family-run restaurant. Our head chef, Angelo, hails from Palermo on the Island of Sicily and and our head waitress, Francesca, has been living in Glasgow for the past 12+ years after moving here from Sorrento. Both have worked with us for well over 18 years combined and because of such our menu and atmosphere contains an unrivalled and inspired Southern Italian feel. We are the Merchant City's only truly authentic Italian restaurant with Sicilian and Pugliese kitchen staff, a Sorrentine head waitress and a Molisan proprietor.

Large parties are regularly catered for and special set menus are available on request to suit all dining requirements. If you are one of the guests who shall be dining with us as part of one of our great many large group bookings in the coming weeks then we are looking forward to welcoming you to our beautiful, comfortable and modern restaurant.

Excellent location only minutes from George Square, the Gallery of Modern Art, the Tron Theatre, the Ramshorn Theatre, the Old Fruitmarket and City Halls.

Please do click on the link below to view a video of our restaurant and feel free to spend as much time as you like having a look around our site at our menus and glowing press reviews.

This month we shall have our unrivalled value and quality £5.95 two course set lunch (7 days 11.30am to 4pm) and £10.95 three course set pre-theatre (Fri & Sat last orders by 6.45pm) menus available once again. As a special offer we shall also be making our £10.95 three course set pre-theatre menu available until 10pm from Sunday through to Thursday all April 2014. (*All excluding Easter Sunday when we shall have a special 3 course menu for £12.95 per person all day or our full A La Carte menu available only)
