We are, always have been and hopefully always
will be a family-run restaurant. Our head chef, Leonardo, lived, trained and worked in Rome for over 30 years. Our second
chef, Angelo, hails from Palermo on the Island of Sicily and and our head waitress, Francesca, has been living in Glasgow
for the past 10 years after moving here from Sorrento (God only knows why). All three have worked with us for
well over 4 years and because of such our menu and atmosphere contains an unrivalled and inspired Roman and Southern
Italian feel. We are the Merchant City's only truly authentic Italian restaurant with Roman and Sicilian kitchen
staff, a Sorrentine head waitress and a Molisan proprietor.
Large parties are regularly catered for and special set
menus are available to suit all dining requirements. So far this month we have already amply accomodated a party
of 50 from the University of Strathclyde and we have multiple large group bookings in the coming days which we are are looking
forward to welcoming at our beautiful, comfortable and modern restaurant.

Our £5.95 2 course lunch
and £10.95 3 course pre-theatre menus are renowned and unrivalled throughout Glasgow City Centre for value for
money and we are only able to offer such because of the continued patronage of all of our regular customers to whom we
are thankful. This month we are making our 3 course pre-theatre menu available 7 days a week until 10pm as a
special January 2012 offer and we are sure you will appreciate this in today's ecomonic climate.
